guitarist/teacher.

electric or acoustic guitar. All styles including:
rock, pop, blues, classical & jazz.

provides a friendly & enthusiastic approach.
His lessons cover subjects such as: Guitar technique,
lead & rhythm guitar, playing in a band, music
theory, reading music, & learning your favourite
songs/solos.

Students
can prepare for guitar grade exams.
For this, Rob teaches from the Rockschool
electric guitar syllabus, or the Trinity
College
classical guitar grades.

Rob
has taught over 150 students in schools around
Surrey, Berkshire & Central London.

Rob
Aitken:
Based
in Surrey, Rob has been a professional musician since
2000, playing electric & acoustic guitar. His work
as a guitarist has taken him all over the UK, US, Canada
& the Caribbean.
Rob
has recorded for artists such as Yam Who, Aled Jones,
Incognito, Odyssey, Sandy Pickett & various soundtrack
projects. Rob's live work has included: Faze Action,
Carnival Cruise Lines (as Musical Director for a 10-piece
showband), The Pleasance Theatre (London), and New Zealand
violinist, Fiona Pears. He has also taught guitar to
over 100 students, in schools around Surrey & Berkshire.
